With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it offers a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, and some rooms even offer a nice view of the city's high buildings brightened with lights. The breakfast is decent, with a variety of options to choose from.

We loved the spacious suites with in-room safes and kettles. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were commendable. The location in Kim Ma area was convenient with Lotte shopping centre nearby.

This hotel has a great view of the city skyline from the rooftop terrace and an affordable room service menu. the hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The room was a bit cramped and could have been cleaner. the breakfast buffet was limited, but coffee was available all day in the lobby area.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the Kim Ma area. Our room was clean and spacious with a safe, kettle and complimentary toiletries. the breakfast spread was good with freshly baked bread and a variety of hot dishes. the hotel had a nice location with a supermarket and coffee shop nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and arranging taxis.

The hotel gym was not well equipped.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the value for money was excellent - I was pleased with the prices of the rooms and other amenities. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. Lastly, the location in the Kim Ma area was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby and a nice view from some of the rooms.
